Beck grew up on a ranch and worked as a full-time rancher raising cattle, sheep, goats and hay. Prior to joining the staff, he was involved with Texas Farm Bureau, serving as the Concho County Farm Bureau president and on numerous Farm Bureau state committees. Beck also served on the Concho County Soil and Water Conservation District board and served two terms as a member of the USDA National Wildlife Services Advisory Committee.

Joiner is responsible for Farm Bureau’s overall communications efforts. The Texas Farm Bureau Communications division and team are recognized nationally for their outstanding work, earning numerous awards from the American Farm Bureau Federation.
Joiner oversees Texas Farm Bureau publications, digital communications, video services, the Texas Farm Bureau Radio Network, the print shop, the newsletter service and graphics services, as well as media relations.
Joiner previously worked on behalf of Texas Farm Bureau members from 1988-2002, serving in positions in Public Relations and in Legislative Affairs. He also served as director of Organization and as director of Member Relations for the Washington Farm Bureau from 2002-2008.
Joiner served as chief executive officer of the Texas Wildlife Association from 2008-2014.
He began his career as a reporter for KLBK-TV in Lubbock. He is a past president of the PRSA Central Texas chapter.

McMullen grew up in rural Baylor County, where her family for three generations farmed wheat and cotton and raised cattle. While a student at Seymour High School, she attended what was then called the Texas Farm Bureau Citizenship Seminar, now the Texas Farm Bureau Youth Leadership Conference.
McMullen earned her bachelor of arts from Texas Tech University and her JD from Baylor University School of Law.

In this role, Roslyn and her team work to promote new and strategic uses of data and technology within the organization, as well as integration of technology into daily business operations.
She provides application support for the accounting, human resources and payroll software systems.
Responsibilities also include overseeing the framework development and maintenance of the Texas Farm Bureau website and development and support of the MyTFB app.
In addition, Roslyn is responsible for the Texas Farm Bureau member benefit program. This includes evaluating, monitoring and recommending changes to current programs, along with researching and recommending new potential programs. Also, key to this role is managing relationships with benefit partners, planning their presence at meetings, conferences and events.
Roslyn came to Texas Farm Bureau in May 1988 and was named director of Organization Support in January 2020. She has worked in the Accounting, County Record Keeping, and Information Technology departments, serving as director of Information Technology for six years.
Roslyn earned her associate degree in Information Processing Technology from Texas State Technical College.
She and her husband, Stephen, are active members of Peace Lutheran Church in Hewitt. They have two grown children and live in rural Lorena, just south of Waco where they raise hay and beef cattle.

Weems began his professional career as a county AgriLife Extension agent in Falls County focusing on 4-H Youth Development. He continued his 14-year Extension career serving Hamilton, Comanche and Erath counties as an Agricultural and Natural Resources agent.
During this time, he was responsible for the development of educational programming and coordinated numerous volunteers. Weems also conducted applied research and result demonstrations on surface water quality, soil fertility, small grains, feral hogs and more.
He later went on to serve as an assistant professor in the Agricultural and Consumer Sciences department at Tarleton State University. There, he was responsible for demonstrating a record of ongoing research, scholarship and creative activity in the areas of extension and industry methods, volunteer management, adult educational programs/personnel development and ethical/environmental research. He advised undergraduate students, served on graduate student committees and was the advisor to the Collegiate 4-H program and Texans for Christ student organizations.
Weems served as an active member of the Texas County Agricultural Agents Association, as a director on the Tri County Agribusiness Association and director and agricultural chairman for the Stephenville Chamber of Commerce. He was also active on Texas Farm Bureau’s Young Farmer & Rancher Advisory Committee and served on the boards of Hamilton, Comanche and Earth County Farm Bureaus. Weems is also a graduate of Texas Farm Bureau AgLead XII.
Weems received his bachelor of science in Agricultural Services and Development and his master of science in Agricultural Education from Tarleton State University. He attended Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University where he pursued his doctorate of education in Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication.
