I am the youngest of three children, a fifth-generation cattle rancher, a 15-year cancer survivor, and a Make-a-Wish Kid. I am a junior biological and agricultural engineering student at Texas A&M specializing in bioprocess and food engineering. At an early age, I became active in agriculture through 4-H, FFA and working on my family's ranch. A Houston Livestock Show Calf Scramble certificate fueled my passion and helped me start my own cattle company.

I was raised on an operation focused on raising commercial cattle and providing seed, chemical, and fertilizer for commodities to the rural farmer. I strive to conserve the importance of agriculture in a society that is generally unsupportive of the industry by providing agriculturists with financial advances, tools, and knowledge to combat the growing population and increasing need of sustainability.
I am attending Texas A&M University finishing my degree in agricultural economics with a focus in finance and real estate. I am a nationally awarded horse judger and public speaker. Currently, I am a member of the TAMU horse judging program and work as a sponsored real estate agent with EXP Realty.
My family has been involved in agricultural production for generations, with farming and ranching being a staple in my upbringing. Revolving mainly around cotton farming, a dorper sheep herd and commercial cattle, my involvement in agriculture came naturally. I am currently on the livestock judging team at Blinn College, and my daily activities normally center around this.
Being raised on my family’s ranch in shaped who I am today. I am the third generation in my family to have raised cattle on this ranch. My past experiences in the livestock industry, FFA, and 4-H have led me down my current path at Texas A&M University. I am pursuing a biological and agricultural engineering degree with a focus in mechanical systems for the agricultural industry.

I am a fifth-generation farmer and rancher from the rural Texas Panhandle. Since I was little, I can remember feeding cattle with my granddad and cutting hay with my dad on our operation. I am active in UIL debate, FFA, 4-H, student council and athletics. After graduating, I plan on attending Texas Tech and obtaining a degree in agricultural communications.
I have shown pigs since I was in third-grade. Throughout my life I have experienced challenges, adversities, and blessings. My major goal in life is to be an advocate for agriculture, teaching young children the impact it has on our lives.
Through 4-H, I have developed professional and speaking skills. I have had opportunities to lead at all levels of 4-H, from my local club to planning and running a national conference. The Texas 4-H Water Ambassador Program has helped me to refine my major and career choice, so I plan to study agricultural systems management at Texas A&M this fall.

I am from a farming community in West Texas. My family grows cotton and corn silage. I've developed a taste for business through owning a firework stand and a growth mindset through the 4-H projects. I am heavily active in my church, community, and 4-H. I have been equipped to be an advocate in all areas of my life, and I am grateful for the privilege to have grown up in a thriving environment.
I have worked for my family’s farm and small business every day for the last eight years. I live and breathe farming and agriculture. It is my passion. I am a self-described "greasy knuckled" guy. I love tackling hands-on challenges from engines, pivots, planters, and tractors every day.
I am a fifth-generation agriculturist and have been involved in FFA and 4-H, qualifying for state in multiple Career and Leadership Development Events. As an Area 1 FFA officer and national delegate, I have grown many leadership skills. My SAEs include a lawn business, metal art, agriscience fair, market steers and goat production. Upon graduation, I will pursue an animal science degree at Texas A&M University.
Throughout my high school career, I have been involved in agriculture at home and through organizations like FFA, 4-H, and my local rodeo and livestock association. By taking dual credit courses, I have furthered my education and discovered my talent of writing and how that can go hand in hand with my love for agriculture.
District 3 Scholarship Recipients
I have been very involved in all that my small school has had to offer throughout my high school career. I have excelled in many extracurricular activities, in addition to working hard as a dual credit student, and will graduate with 12 hours of college credit. I have loved being involved in various leadership roles.
I have been involved in 4-H and FFA since I was eight years old, participating in LDE, CDE, proficiencies, and livestock exhibitions and developing a love for agriculture. My personal goal is to become an agricultural lobbyist, applying knowledge learned at OSU and real-life experiences to continue being a spokeswoman.
As the youngest of five, I have had the benefit of learning from the example of my siblings. My interest in science and discovering answers to my questions comes from my eldest sister, who earned her PhD. My brother's sense of humor helped me develop a quick wit and practical outlook. My knack for organizational leadership rubbed off from my second sister, and my third sister showed me that a strong work ethic will open many doors.
Growing up, I never really had the opportunity to experience the agriculture industry hands on until my freshman year of high school. After joining FFA, I immediately became hooked, raising my own livestock, competing in multiple career and speaking contests, holding numerous leadership roles, and advocating for the industry in any way I could. Although I've spent time involved in other organizations, agriculture has truly shaped who I am today.
District 4 Scholarship Recipients
I was raised on a diverse agricultural operation in Central Texas. I have been helping on my family’s farm, ranch, and custom harvesting operation. I have been very involved in both 4-H and FFA, showing market lambs, goats, broilers, and commercial steers. I have served in numerous leadership positions in both organizations over the years. I will attend Texas A&M University in the fall majoring in animal science.
I come from a single parent household and will be a first-generation college student. Throughout my life, I have been involved in student and community organizations, athletics, band, and FFA. I have over 200 lifetime hours of volunteering and have made so many great relationships along the way.
My life is deeply rooted in agriculture. I excel in leadership, showing cattle, meat judging, and long distance running. Through 4-H and FFA activities, I have shown work ethic and commitment to the agriculture community. Balancing academics and my passion for agriculture, I plans to attend Texas Tech University and major in animal science.

I like to join every organization and activity but found my home in 4-H and FFA. I grew up involved in agriculture, raising goats, showing animals, and participating in leadership and career competitions. A&M is my next step on my journey.
I am a fourth-generation Hopkins-Rains County Farm Bureau member. I have been involved in Texas 4-H and FFA activities which focused on public speaking, leadership, and agriculture advocacy skills. I am passionate about educating farm families about the importance of insurance and plan to major in financial planning in Texas A&M University’s Agricultural Economics Department to help farmers with strategic financial decisions.
While in school, I have been able to make connections and gain personal skills that will help me in life. I have also participated in multiple clubs and events that have shaped me into who I am today. Within these clubs, I have gained career and leadership experience and have been able to showcase my talents on a national level.
I am a first-generation college student. I have invested much of my time and energy into my passion for agriculture, along with my educational studies. My driving goal is to make an impact within the agriculture industry.

Through FFA and 4-H, I have served up to the state level in various roles. I have exhibited swine and poultry across the state for nine years. To further my education, I will be attending Texas A&M University to double major in agricultural communications and agricultural leadership and development, with hopes of working in youth outreach for an agricultural organization.
I have always dreamed of becoming a lawyer and advocating for the small ag industry. I became involved with the Farm Bureau Student Success Series when I was in eighth grade. This is where I found my passion to become a lobbyist. I plan to attend Texas A&M and double major in agricultural business and economics. Afterward, I plan to apply for law school.
I grew up in a very agriculture-based family. My parents and grandparents on both sides raise beef cattle and are wheat farmers. I have been involved in 4-H since the third grade competing in contests and showing market lambs. Once I got into high school, I joined the FFA and competed in both LDEs, CDEs, and my sheep project became my SAE. I am also involved in other activities within my school.
I am involved in 4-H, FFA, NHS, and powerlifting. After graduation, I plan to attend Texas A&M University and major in animal science. My favorite hobbies are spending time with my family, lifting weights, raising goats and working at my family's coffee shop. I am so grateful for the blessed life that I have lived and can't wait for my future to begin.

I am involved in 4-H, FFA, and the Texas Junior Simmental Simbrah Association at the state and national levels primarily in beef cattle and public speaking, I serve as a Texas Youth Livestock and a Texas Beef Ambassador and actively advocate for agriculture every chance I get. I will be attending Texas A&M in the fall to major in animal science with a long-term goal of becoming an agricultural attorney.
Before high school graduation, I will receive two associate degrees from Ranger College. I have been in 4-H since third grade and have competed in many contests and community service events. I am a member of band, tennis, UIL mathematics team, a member of FCCLA, NHS, and student council.
I grew up in rural central Texas, where my family farms and ranches. I have been a part of agriculture since I was a child and spent most of my hours riding in the tractor or working cattle with my dad. I was homeschooled and eventually started public school and became active in sports and the FFA. When I was nine, I started driving one of our square balers in the summer, and this opened the doors for the rest of my life.
I have been involved in the agriculture industry for as long as I can remember. I show steers and heifers locally, state, and nationally. I have been intrigued by animals and their reproduction processes for as long as I can remember. This ongoing passion has driven me to attend Texas Tech University this fall and major in animal science. I strive to make a positive impact on the livestock industry.
District 8 Scholarship Recipients
I am the youngest in my family with three older siblings. Watching them grow up and be involved in different organizations inspired me to get involved in everything I could. I have become the president of FFA, 4-H, FCCLA, class council, and our student government, and I have become an NHS officer. With all of these organizations, I have developed leadership and time management skills.
My family and I raise Brangus cattle, quarter horses, and Basset hounds. I joined 4-H at seven and have participated in a wide range of projects from quilting and baking to showing heifers and public speaking. When I am not serving or competing through 4-H, you can find me cheering for my football team on the track, promoting agriculture, working in my church, or designing landscapes for clients. I am excited to be a Fightin’ Texas Aggie.
I have one older sister who I aspire to be like. Throughout my high school career, I have been actively involved in FFA, varsity basketball, varsity golf and varsity football. Next year, I will be attending Texas A&M University to animal science with the intent to become an equine veterinarian.
I’m a fifth-generation cattleman and grew up on my family’s cattle operation. At just three years old, my parents bought me my first set of John Deere DVDs, and I've been hooked ever since. My love for farming equipment coupled with my deep agricultural roots leads me to pursue a degree in agricultural systems management at Texas A&M University this fall. My goal is to be a design engineer while still being active in the cattle industry.
District 9 Scholarship Recipients
My life has been surrounded by chickens since the day I was born. I started 4-H with showing broilers, and my family is known for our chickens. I am even called the chicken lady. I love everything about chickens, and I love to share my knowledge with others as I advocate for poultry and agriculture. I am thankful for my experiences in 4-H and FFA that have formed me into the servant leader I am today.
I have a job, and I am very involved in extracurricular activities. I am ranked third in my graduating class and have always held myself to a high standard when it comes to my grades. I enjoy church and strive to lead others to the Lord when the chance arises. I love to spend time with my friends, and I strive to create a happy family of my own one day.
I was born and raised in East Texas. I am active at my church, First Congregational Methodist Church. I enjoy playing card games, swimming, and helping my grandpa on his farm.
I am a fifth-generation native Texas rancher and participate in varsity cheer and softball. My passions involve education, leadership, and showing livestock. I am currently ranked as valedictorian of my senior class and have been accepted at Texas A&M University where I will major in animal science, starting in the Fall. I am a member of 4-H and FFA.

I’ve been blessed to grow up in a century old farmhouse on the banks of the Guadalupe River. I’m proud to be a part of carrying on the tradition of raising beef cattle there. I'm an active member of 4-H and FFA. Both organizations have blessed me with opportunities to pursue my passion for agriculture, exhibit lambs and swine, develop leadership, and serve my community and the agriculture industry.
Over the past 10 years, I have dedicated my time and resources to serving my community through 4-H. I also play volleyball, basketball, and run track. I studied classical piano, compete on the debate team, and am an active member of our local Baptist Church. My deepest joy is serving others and I try to find opportunities in each of these activities to love and care for those around me.
As a passionate equine and agriculture industry advocate, I have dedicated my high school years to educating my community and inspiring youth to support and sustain the future of Texas agriculture. I’m a high honors student and have earned 30 dual college level credits. I'm also the proud recipient of the President's Volunteer Service Award. I’m grateful for the opportunity for this scholarship as I strive to reach my goals and give back to my community.
I am the youngest daughter of three sisters. We grew up on our family ranch where we raise goats, steers, sheep, and white-tailed deer. I have been involved in agriculture since I was old enough to walk but found the show ring to be my true passion. I was blessed to exhibit Grand Champion animals at all six Texas majors, the National Western, and the North American. With a degree in agricultural communications, I hope to bridge the gap between producers and consumers.
District 11 Scholarship Recipients
I'm a smalltown girl with a huge heart for agriculture. I am a fourth-generation rice farmer and cattle raiser. I grew up in the world of 4-H and FFA and value the lessons both organizations have provided. I have a cow-calf operation with my sister, and I've been involved in showing steers, registered Brangus and Beefmaster at both county and major shows, commercial heifers, and lambs. I work part time in the floral and horticulture industry for a local florist.
Born to a father in agricultural education and a mother in caregiving, I grew up dedicated. Entering high school I joined UIL LD-Debate, became quickly accomplished and found value in community and competition. Joining FFA, I started pursuing leadership to serve an organization that meant so much to me. I became enveloped in the agricultural industry and was elected to district and area office. Analyzing my skills and values, I've set out to pursue agricultural engineering at Texas A&M.
When I began high school, I was heavily involved in track and softball, but a hip injury put an end to my athletic career. Thankfully, I was also involved in FFA, and even though I was disheartened to have to quit playing sports, I was able to put more time into FFA. Since then, I have participated in numerous leadership, career, speaking, and animal raising events. My experience in FFA has inspired me to pursue a career in agriculture.
I am actively involved in FFA and 4-H. I show various livestock species at county and major shows and compete in speaking and judging contests. I enjoy breakaway roping and riding horses. I plan on attending Wharton County Junior College in hopes of earning a degree in agribusiness. The agriculture industry means a lot to me, and I hope to be a part of the next generation of agricultural leader in my community.

I've been an active 4-H and FFA member, showing cattle, goats, and broilers and participating in leadership activities and contests. Being raised in a rural community and my involvement in these activities has instilled a good work ethic and a sense of responsibility which I will use every day of my life. I'm thankful for my rural background and look forward to a career in agriculture.
Growing up on a South Texas ranch instilled in me a deep love for agriculture. I served as a FFA chapter officer for four years, and as the Area X President, I have the opportunity to represent 12,000 members. Beyond FFA, I'm active in NHS, student council, and ASL Club, while also excelling on a varsity volleyball team. Competing in various extracurricular events, including state-level contests, has enriched my high school experience, fueling my passion for agriculture and leadership.
I will be attending Texas A&M University this fall to study animal science. I grew up on a family cow-calf operation. I show breeding and market cattle, as well as breeding gilts. I am active in various organizations and my passion lies in 4-H and FFA, where I excel in meat judging. I have won individual and team awards at the national level. I plan to continue my dream of competing at the collegiate level.
I have lived in the country my whole life and can't imagine living anywhere else. I feel God has put me through these circumstances, to show me who He wants me to be—mature, responsible, kind, and selfless. I love genuine people, the outdoors, and Jesus. Life is a great gift.
District 13 Scholarship Recipients
I value not only my education but also leadership and service. As a Texas 4-H Livestock Ambassador, I advocate for agriculture to thousands of people across the state every year. I recently traveled to Australia to represent Texas 4-H. From teaching youth about livestock to educating urban residents about their food, I follow my passion by serving others. I looks forward to furthering her education at Texas A&M University.
I was raised on a small family farm and learned all about small and large animals, tractors, trucks, planting and harvesting crops, raising hay for our cattle, and how the day-to-day operations work. My sister and I also run small cattle operation, where we raise show cattle. I am active in FFA, 4-H, and many other organizations.
I live with my family, eight dogs, two cats, and our herd of about fifty sheep. Through school, I enjoy participating in FFA contests, NHS, academic UIL, student council, softball, and golf. When I'm not in school, I like to participate in 4-H, work with my market lambs and goats, spend time with my family, go to church, and volunteer my time to help the youth in my community.
I plan to major in biomedical engineering at the University of Houston next year. I have also signed to run track with the university as a decathlete. After college, I plan to continue to medical school and become an orthopedic surgeon. I am a four-year varsity football and track athlete and a three-year FFA officer. I am a volunteer youth coach and like to hunt, show pigs, and do woodworking in my spare time.

I am a senior agricultural education major and communications minor at Tarleton State University. I was honored to have a group of incredible ag teachers who changed my life and instilled in me a passion for agricultural education. I am striving towards becoming a shop instructor and coach in all fields of the FFA.
I am a senior agriculture education major at Tarleton State University. I have a passion for all things agriculture education with an emphasis in the floral and horticultural industry. Growing up, FFA was a huge part of my life so when it came to pick a major at Tarleton, there was no other choice other than agriculture education.
I am an agricultural education candidate at Tarleton State University. I had a small show lamb breeding operation where I donated wethers to less fortunate FFA members for four years. I try to help get others involved and make them feel welcomed in the agricultural community. My goal is to make my future classroom an inclusive environment for all types of students to get involved in agriculture and feel supported in doing so.
Growing up, I had an active childhood playing club soccer, and I was heavily involved with the girl scouts. When I got to high school, I started taking agricultural science classes and joined the FFA. Being a FFA member for all four years of high school sparked my affinity for the agricultural field and advocacy. Currently, I am working toward a degree in animal science, and I hope to become a high school agricultural science teacher.

I have always had a heart for children and education, so I would like to apply that to the agricultural field as an educator. I aim to shape the minds of the next generation while applying the support required to create leaders in the ag industry.
I am a preservice agricultural education teacher, and I chose this career path due to the impact my ag science teacher had on my life. As I enter into this career, I hope to provide opportunities for all students to be successful in agriculture and FFA.
As a future agricultural educator, my goal is to plant a seed of knowledge in every student that will grow into a love for agriculture. I also hope to provide every student with multiple opportunities so that they can find their place in the world.
I chose to teach ag to give students a foundation of care, love and life-changing opportunities. This impact ignites passions and leads students to believe they can do more than they ever dreamed.

Throughout my high school career, I have continuously been committed to achieving my overall career goal to become a large animal vet. I have been active in organizations that have supported my passion for agriculture while still advancing academically in my honors and dual credit classes. I will attend Texas A&M University to study animal science.
I am a fourth-generation strawberry farmer. With this experience, I grew my own passion for strawberries and became a co-owner of RSG farms, a partnership between me and my grandmother to enter the PSFA strawberry judging contest. This endeavor has allowed me to facilitate Pick Your Own events that allow me to advocate for strawberry production and the agricultural industry.
I am the oldest of four girls and come from a household where agriculture is very important. Before I could walk, I wanted to be around cattle. So, raising and showing animals has always been a passion for me. Being in the barn and promoting agriculture are my happy places. My family has been members of Texas Farm Bureau and have raised livestock since before I was born. I have shown goats, lambs, and pigs for 10 years and have my own goat production program. I am active in 4-H, Texas Livestock Ambassadors, and FFA. Working with my family has helped influence my decision to pursue an agriculture career. These experiences helped me make lifelong friendships, mentors, and connections.
I am an agricultural advocate studying agricultural systems management and agricultural economics. I established the Texas A&M Colligate Farm Bureau and served as a former 4-H state officer and a national 4-H delegate. I served in three 4-H Ambassador programs and traveled to D.C. twice as an advocate for youth ag education as scholar winner with TFB. I enjoy teaching others that without agriculture we would not exist.
As a fourth-generation cattle rancher, I understand the importance of hard work and a focus on the greater good. I grew up surrounded by Limousin and Angus cattle while remaining heavily involved in 4-H and FFA through public speaking, livestock judging, and various officer positions. After graduating with an animal science degree from Texas A&M University, I hope to continue to advocate for farmers on the political level to ensure policies that reflect their values.
Rural Veterinary Scholarship
I was raised on my grandparents' ranch and have been involved in agriculture from a young age. Because of my personal experience with the lack of access to proper medicine, it has long been a passion of mine to return to the underserved communities of Texas to offer veterinary services. I am currently a second-year veterinary student at Texas Tech University.
My parents raised my brother and I on a 350-acre farm where we had all kinds of livestock and pets. I grew up with an understanding of the desperate need for rural veterinarians. Driving an hour to see a vet was never unusual for my family. That being said, I knew early on that my goal in life was to become a vet.
I am a second year veterinary student at Texas Tech School of Veterinary Medicine. I attended Texas A&M University as a poultry science major, graduated in December of 2021, and I was accepted to TTU SVM that spring.
I grew up in the heart of cow-calf country on a second-generation cattle ranch and learned at an early age about hard work and the value of a dollar. At six years old, I began growing my own vegetable garden and watermelon patch. Not long after I became a ranch-hand for my family, processing and feeding cattle, tending to fences, harvesting grain and forage crops.

I enrolled in veterinary school in 2021, and I have developed a great passion for rural and large animal medicine. I was in the inaugural class of VERO, a program through the A&M Vet School that focuses on producing rural practitioners.
I owe my strong foundation to my parents who instilled in me a deep appreciation for our family tree farm. High school introduced me to FFA, where I honed skills in animal care and public speaking. Furthering my passion, I pursued a degree in animal science at Texas A&M University. Post-graduation, I dedicated a year to vet clinic work before embarking on my ultimate aspiration of becoming a veterinarian.
After being raised in a rural community and coming from a small cow-calf operating background, I completed both of my bachelor’s degrees while raising one child simultaneously working full-time and shadowing clinics. After working in non-veterinary jobs for several years, I decided to return to my undergraduate institution to retake prerequisites. I completed these courses in two years while working full-time, shadowing at a rural mixed animal clinic and as the parent of two kids.
I grew up on a Hampshire sheep farm and was involved in 4-H and FFA. I was fortunate to be raised by a family who values and relies on the agricultural industry. This helped me develop a passion for the industry and people involved. I have dedicated much of my life trying to spread the beauty of agriculture and medicine while also spreading my faith and joy for the world into rural communities and to those who have never been exposed.
