The Texas Agricultural Land Trust (TALT), the only land trust in Texas solely focused on the conservation of working lands, is participating in the Big Give, held Sept. 23 in South Central Texas. It provides a 24-hour day of online giving to support area non-profits.
Texas Farm Bureau is a founding supporting organization of TALT.
TALT partners with landowners and brings them the tools and resources they need to realize their visions of productivity, sustainability and legacy—whether it’s with the conservation agreements TALT writes or the programs TALT advocates in Austin or Washington, D.C. The TALT mission is to conserve the Texas heritage of agricultural lands, wildlife habitats and natural resources.
Since 2014, Big Give has helped over 1,000 local nonprofits in San Antonio connect with more than 242,000 individual donors and collectively raise in excess of $30 million to support the critical services they provide for the San Antonio community.
