For the first time, the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) is offering the FUSION Conference for free through a virtual conference experience March 11-13.
The 2021 FUSION Reimagined Conference will bring together members of the Young Farmers & Ranchers, Women’s Leadership and Promotion & Education member engagement programs for an opportunity to connect, learn and develop as leaders in Farm Bureau.
Due to this year’s virtual environment, the 2021 Farm Bureau FUSION Reimagined Conference is also an opportunity to share this unique experience with members of the agricultural community who have not yet experienced the benefit of Farm Bureau membership but who share a passion for the mission of Farm Bureau.
American Farm Bureau Federation is the Voice of Agriculture®. The national organization is made up of farm and ranch families working together to build a sustainable future of safe and abundant food, fiber and renewable fuel for the nation and the world.
During this year’s conference, AFBF hopes to inspire the grassroots agricultural community all across the country to engage as members and leaders within Farm Bureau so that, together, we can influence a stronger and more sustainable future for agriculture.
2021 Farm Bureau FUSION Reimagined Conference Objectives:
- Cultivate strong grassroots Farm Bureau leadership by bringing together current and future members of Farm Bureau and other agricultural organizations in a virtual environment to learn, share and grow.
- Provide networking opportunities for members to share experiences and connect virtually with industry leaders and experts.
- Engage and celebrate members of the Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers, Women’s Leadership and Promotion & Education programs.
- Give back to communities the country through charitable outreach, community engagement and/or acts of kindness.
5. Inspire attendees to apply conference takeaways on their farm, in their local Farm Bureau and/or in their daily life and career by providing engaging sessions and workshops on AFBF’s four major focus areas:
