In an effort to better connect with their communities and spread the word about Texas agriculture, over 70 county Farm Bureaus from across Texas have now joined the social media platform Facebook.
On their respective pages, county Farm Bureau offices are sharing information about what they do, photos of farmers growing crops and raising livestock, photos from county youth shows and other interesting information.
Some pages host contests and give away prizes. Some share funny photos.
Each page has a unique flair of its own with the overall goal of connecting communities with the farmers and ranchers who grow and raise their food.
To find your county Farm Bureau, simply search for your county name + Farm Bureau on Facebook.
