The Oklahoma Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture is collecting donations to help recovery efforts for rural Oklahomans affected by devastating wildfires that swept across parts of Oklahoma this month.

More than 300,000 acres have burned across the state, leaving behind damaged fences, pastures and barns. Farmers and ranchers are working to assess losses and begin the long process of rebuilding.

The largest fire, the Ranger Road Fire, burned an estimated 283,283 acres in Beaver and Harper counties in Oklahoma, as well as Clark, Meade and Comanche counties in Kansas.

High fire danger remains for Oklahoma due to low humidity and strong winds. A state of emergency is still in effect in the affected counties, allowing emergency equipment and hay deliveries to move without weight restrictions.

Funds raised through the Oklahoma Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture will be directed toward assisting farm and ranch families and rural communities as they recover from wildfire losses.

Donations will help address immediate needs and support long-term rebuilding efforts.

Individuals who wish to contribute can make a donation through PayPal online.

Those who prefer to mail a check should make it payable to the Oklahoma Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture and denote that it is for the 2026 Oklahoma Wildfire Relief.
