The Agriculture Appropriations bill will not come before the U.S. House of Representatives next week as originally anticipated. Instead, the bill is expected to come to the floor later this summer.

According to the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF), the U.S. Senate has also announced that it will bring the agriculture appropriations bill to its floor next week as part of a “mini-bus” bill that contains two other appropriations bills.

AFBF is monitoring possible amendments to the bills.
