Farmers and ranchers and agricultural organizations, associations and universities join together to recognize and celebrate the abundance provided by American agriculture on National Ag Day, which is set for March 25. This will mark the 41st anniversary of the event, which is celebrated in classrooms and communities across the country.
Hosted by the Agriculture Council of America, National Ag Day helps increase knowledge of agriculture and nutrition so consumers can make informed choices about diet and health. The nationwide effort also tells the story of American agriculture and acknowledges agricultural career opportunities.
