Practical pasture management and drought recovery information for South Central Texas will be the focus of the Pasture Management Workshop set for Feb. 25 in Floresville.
Presenters will discuss controlling weeds and insects in pastures, brush control and new chemical recommendations, predator identification and integrated pest management, according to AgriLife Today. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentations.
Five Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) continuing education units will be available for private pesticide license holders.
