Texas Farm Bureau’s (TFB) Planet Agriculture exhibit kicked off its fall tour this past weekend. The exhibit will be at fairs and livestock shows across the state.
The fall schedule includes:
• West Texas Fair and Rodeo in Abilene through Sept. 13
• East Texas State Fair in Tyler, Sept. 19-28
• State Fair of Texas in Dallas, Sept. 26-Oct. 19
• Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo in Waco, Oct. 3-11
The interactive exhibit teaches kids and adults about Texas agriculture by highlighting livestock and crops grown in the state, and includes live cotton ginning demonstrations, interactive computer games, educational videos and the interactive Harvest Experience trailer.
