The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) will host its first Water U! work session at 8:30 a.m. on April 29 in Austin, according to the TWDB.

The Water U! work session will provide the public with the opportunity to hear updates on the latest research in water resources at Texas’ major public university systems.

TWDB will emcee a dozen experts from four of Texas’ major public university systems: Texas A&M University, Texas State University, Texas Tech University and the University of Texas. A question and answer period will follow each of the university’s presentations.

Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. and will continue until 8:30 a.m.
