Farmers and ranchers and agricultural educators and business professionals who are interested in networking and connecting with peers and experts are invited to attend the AgChat Foundation’s 2014 AgChat Cultivate and Connect Conference in Austin.

Registration is open for the event, which is set for Aug. 21-22.

The conference brings together the latest in technology and the farmers and ranchers who are using it. Participants will learn and share innovative ideas and hear from experts in the AgChat community.

As the keynote speaker, Thom Singer will debunk the myths of networking and deliver action items for success.

Sessions will cover a variety of topics, including finding a voice in social media, community engagement offline, dealing with questions about being a farmer and discuss what chefs and moms really say about the food farmers grow.

To register, visit the AgChat Foundation’s website. To submit a proposal for the theme “How Do You Empower, Connect and Use Social Media Platforms?,” visit http://bit.ly/1cxiFHt.
