The registration deadline for an upcoming prospective wine grape growers meeting is April 16, according to AgriLife Today.
Essential viticulture knowledge, vineyard site selection, risk factors, labor requirements and the economics of owning and maintaining a commercial vineyard will be discussed. The two-day event, which is set for April 21-22 in McKinney, also will include a vineyard tour.
Cost is $125 per person or $200 per couple and includes study materials and lunch. Seating is limited to 50 participants.
