Fall means cooler weather for Texans to enjoy, and it brings Texas Farm Bureau’s (TFB) Planet Agriculture exhibit to livestock shows and fairs across the Lone Star State.

Texans of all ages can explore agriculture through the exhibit’s interactive games, videos, demonstrations and presentations.

“Planet Agriculture is a great way to get hands-on with agriculture,” TFB Director of Urban Relations and Youth Activities Coleburn Davis said. “Kids and adults can enjoy the exhibit, while also learning about the food and fiber that’s grown right here in the Lone Star State.”

Planet Agriculture highlights livestock and agricultural crops grown in Texas. It also shows how agriculture plays a role in almost everything Texans do, Davis noted.

Kids and adults can visit the exhibit at the West Texas Fair and Rodeo in Abilene from Sept. 9-17, East Texas State Fair in Tyler from Sept. 23-Oct.2, the State Fair of Texas in Dallas from Sept. 30-Oct. 23 and the Heart O’ Texas Fair & Rodeo in Waco from Oct. 7-15.
