The House is scheduled today to consider H.R. 1732, the Regulatory Integrity Protection Act of 2015, reports National Law Review.

The bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers to withdraw the proposed rule defining the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule and charges those agencies with developing a new proposed rule.

American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) strongly supports withdrawal of the proposed WOTUS rule and is working to generate bipartisan support for the bill.
