A commodities marketing workshop will be hosted by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Jan. 23 in Dimmit.
Richard Brock, a market professional who heads a team of experts who monitor the markets daily, is the keynote speaker, according to AgriLife Today. The team is able to offer another perspective and advise farmers, ranchers and agribusiness professionals in their decision-making.
Brock is president of Brock Associates, a commodity marketing consulting firm headquartered in Milwaukee, Wis. The firm provides price forecasting and strategies to farmers, agribusiness firms and the food industry.
