The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service (AgriLife) will conduct “Commodity Outlook 2015? from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Jan. 27 in Dimmitt, according to AgriLife Today.
“We’ll have talks on the 2015 agricultural commodity outlook to include international markets and the cash grain markets,” said Nancy Andersen, AgriLife Extension agent in Castro County.
“Another highlight will be a presentation on the pros and cons of the new farm bill’s Agricultural Risk Coverage vs. the Price Loss Coverage, which producers must decide on in the coming weeks,” Andersen added.
