To help farmers interested in positively impacting their communities and supporting local school districts, the Monsanto Fund established the America’s Farmers Grow Rural Education program.

Through the program, farmers have the opportunity to nominate rural public school districts to compete for a grant of up to $25,000. This is the third year for the program and the number of eligible counties has expanded to 1,289 counties and is available in 39 states, including Texas.

Nominated school districts have until April 21 to submit an application.
