Farm bill discussion will take center stage during the Texas Ag Forum slated for April 10 in Austin.
Presentations from policy makers, university experts and farm-group representatives will include commodity title overview, explaining the crop policy decision aid, sector level analysis and implementation of the farm bill. Cotton, fruits and vegetables and dairy perspectives of the farm bill also will be offered, according to AgriLife Today.
Founded more than 20 years ago, the Texas Ag Forum is an association of agricultural leaders and representatives from across the Texas food and fiber system. It is a stakeholder-driven program in partnership with AgriLife Extension.
