After current American Farm Bureau President (AFBF) Bob Stallman announced he will not seek re-election, four state Farm Bureau presidents announced their interest to be considered as the next president of the organization.

On Tuesday, Indiana Farm Bureau’s Don Villwock, Georgia Farm Bureau’s Zippy Duvall, Arizona Farm Bureau’s Kevin Rogers and current AFBF Vice President and Oregon Farm Bureau’s President Barry Bushue all announced their intention to run for the influential post.

According to Agri-Pulse, Stallman’s successor will be elected to a two-year term by voting delegates on Jan. 12 during AFBF’s annual convention and trade show in Orlando, Fla.
