Landowners can learn more about the animal grazing behavior—which is key to grazing management—during a Nov. 6 webinar hosted by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service (AgriLife).

A part of AgriLife’s Texas Range Webinar Series, “How Livestock Eat: Understanding Grazing Animal Behavior for Improved Livestock and Resource Management” is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m., according to AgriLife Today.

Understanding animal grazing behavior will help landowners determine how much forage is available for grazing and when and how often to supplement feed for their livestock.
